Dear KSEA Members,

We are pleased to announce that the 35th Northeast Regional Conference (NRC 2026) will take place on March 14, 2026, at the Conference Center of the DoubleTree Hotel in Fort Lee, New Jersey. This year’s event is jointly organized by the New Jersey, New York Metropolitan, Philadelphia KSEA regional chapters.

The theme of NRC 2026, “Science Technology for Human Potential: Shaping Our World Beyond,” emphasizes the transformative role of innovation in advancing humanity shaping the future on Earth and beyond. The conference will offer participants meaningful opportunities to engage in symposium sessions centered on scientific advancements, technological development, visionary ideas for the future.

We anticipate a vibrant productive conference and encourage you to submit abstracts papers to participate in this exceptional event.

On behalf of the NRC Program Committee sponsoring organizations, we warmly welcome your contributions, including research results, insights, R&D directions, future outlooks in science and technology.

On behalf of the NRC Program Committee organizing/sponsoring organizations, we invite you to submit your abstract to present discuss significant research findings, R&D trends, prospects of sciences technologies in sessions.

General Information for Poster Presenter

1. The poster must be set up before 10 am should be taken down within 30 minutes after the session ends. Check your poster number below.

2. Push pins will be available on-site for mounting the displays.

3. Prepared 2-minute presentation file email to nrc.award@gmail.com. No later than April. 24 (Friday), 11 pm.

4. After poster presentation (12:30-1:10 pm) a 2-minute summary talk (4:20-4:50 pm), all NRC attendees will vote for the best six posters.

5. The best six poster presenters will be awarded.
