Dear KSEA Members,
We are excited to announce that the 34th Northeast Regional Conference (NRC 2025) will be held on April 26, 2025, at the Conference Center at the DoubleTree Hotel in Fort Lee, New Jersey. This year’s conference is hosted collaboratively by the New Jersey, New York Metropolitan, Philadelphia KSEA regional chapters.
The theme for NRC 2025 is “Innovating the Future: AI, Healthcare, Digital Transformation”, offering participants a unique opportunity to engage in symposiums forums that highlight the transformative impact of science, technology, entrepreneurship on everyday life.
We are confident this conference will be a dynamic productive event. We encourage you to submit your abstracts papers to take part in this exciting opportunity. Additional details about NRC 2025 will be shared in the coming weeks.
On behalf of the NRC Program Committee the organizing sponsoring organizations, we warmly invite you to present discuss significant research findings, R&D trends, future prospects in science technology.

General Information for Poster Presenter
1. The poster must be set up before 10 am should be taken down within 30 minutes after the session ends. Check your poster number below.
2. Push pins will be available on-site for mounting the displays.
3. Prepared 2-minute presentation file email to nrc.award@gmail.com. No later than April. 24 (Friday), 11 pm.
4. After poster presentation (12:30-1:10 pm) a 2-minute summary talk (4:20-4:50 pm), all NRC attendees will vote for the best six posters.
5. The best six poster presenters will be awarded.
